Welcome! I’m Maryann, and I’m here to help you feel empowered, supported, and excited about your health. I know that health isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” experience; it’s personal, and so is my approach. My own journey through asthma, allergies, and alopecia (an autoimmune condition that caused me to lose my hair) taught me the power of understanding my body’s unique needs. It’s what inspired me to help others find their own path to feeling well, strong, and confident.

Before health coaching, I spent over 25 years as an educator and coach, guiding people to reach their goals without just “fixing” things for them. I’ve found that everyone has answers within—they just need a little help bringing them to light.
